1. Wild small pigs (Lợn “cắp nách”)
The type of wild small pigs only exists in the mountainous region. Local people usually let the new born pigs go into the wood, so they can live alone and find food by themselves. Therefore, their meat is really delicious and like boars. Especially, this type of pigs only weight for about 10 – 15kg, the biggest one is about 20kg, there is almost no fat at all.
2. Gobies under ash (Cá bống vùi tro)

The fishes are mixed with many species like ginger, pepper, lemon glass, chili, etc., then covered by Dong leaves, and put under ash. 4. Bacon (Thịt lợn hun khói)

3. Grilled stone moss (Rêu đá nướng)

4. Chinese sausage (Lạp xưởng gác bếp)
It is one of the most favorite dish of local people with the specific taste of mountainous region, which is the tough of entrails, sweetness of meat and greasy of fat. All of them are combined in Chinese sausage, brings people good taste.
5. Cháo ấu tẩu
